Job Description

As an Attorney, Senior Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to a high-performing team of trial attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals focused on insurance defense litigation. In this pivotal role, you will shape legal strategy, foster cross-functional alignment with claims leadership and senior business partners, and champion a culture of continuous development and empathetic leadership. Your ability to guide through influence will drive results and elevate team performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities听

  Provide strategic oversight to a team of attorneys and legal staff, including setting performance expectations, guiding career development, and conducting regular one-on-one coaching conversations.听

  Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with claims leadership and senior stakeholders by aligning legal strategy with business goals and ensuring ongoing communication around case progress, litigation plans, and key decision points.听

  Oversee litigation strategy and case progression at a high level, ensuring consistency in quality, outcomes, and resource allocation.听

  Serve as a thought partner to attorneys on complex matters, providing guidance and second-chair support when strategically necessary.听

  Lead operational planning within the department, including forecasting legal spend and analyzing key drivers of litigation trends.听

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
