As a Brand Public Relations Manager at Allstate, you鈥檒l be at the heart of our efforts to build brand love, connect with consumers and protect our reputation through compelling, strategic and creative public relations. You鈥檒l support the U.S. consumer PR strategy, designing and executing breakthrough campaigns and storytelling initiatives that earn top-tier media attention and resonate with diverse audiences.

You鈥檒l collaborate across teams, from marketing and social media to corporate communications and brand sponsorships, to ensure our PR efforts align with business objectives and reflect Allstate鈥檚 values and voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic, creative PR initiatives that drive earned media coverage and enhance Allstate鈥檚 brand reputation.
  • Manage and contribute to campaign planning, media relations, press material development, editorial calendars, and activation of integrated communications programs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, social, creative, and sponsorship to ensure PR is fully integrated into broader brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with U.S. PR agencies on campaign rollouts, media outreach, press events, influencer opportunities, and content strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive brand affinity and thought leadership through storytelling, trendspotting and creative ideation.
  • Monitor consumer, insurance and personal finance trends to inform proactive media strategies and inform internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Reputation team on reactive media responses, reputational issues, and real-time communications challenges.


What You Bring
  • 5-8 years of experience in public relations, with a strong track record in consumer or brand communications (agency and/or in-house).
  • Exceptional media relations skills, including the ability to pitch and build relationships with traditional, digital, and emerging media across a range of verticals.
  • Strong experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven storylines and translate complex information into compelling, media-friendly narratives.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $120,000- 145,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
