Analytics

They work with a treasure trove of massive data sets every day鈥攁fter all, Arity is constantly collecting and deciphering billions of miles of driving data. And as our data continues to grow by the second, our Analytics teammates grow right alongside it. The insights uncovered by the Analytics team鈥痟elp鈥痗atalyze groundbreaking solutions for our customers and are a driving force in making transportation smarter, safer, and more useful for everyone. The Role

Arity鈥檚 Data Governance Program Management team, within the Analytics department, is seeking a graduate-level Knowledge Management intern with a passion for information organization and collaboration to create and implement a knowledge management framework for the Analytics department. You鈥檒l work closely with data professionals and stakeholders to鈥痑udit, design, and implement a KM strategy using Confluence, with a focus on enabling future鈥痝enerative AI鈥痑pplications such as intelligent search, auto-summarization, and content automation.听



Responsibilities


  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and content audits to assess current knowledge practices听



  • Design a scalable Confluence space architecture and metadata strategy听



  • Create templates and governance guidelines for consistent knowledge capture听



  • Pilot a KM space within the Analytics team and gather user feedback听



  • Recommend genAI-compatible content structures and future use cases听



  • Present final findings and a KM roadmap to leadership听





Required Qualifications


  • Currently enrolled in a Master鈥檚 program in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or related field听



  • Strong interest in Knowledge Management, digital curation, or information architecture听



  • Excellent communication and organizational skills听





Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms听



  • Curious about the intersection of KM and generative AI听

Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.听
