Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.听

Key Responsibilities:听
听
Responsible for helping to create and advocate for an听engaging and听innovative culture by听assisting听in coordinating projects and program execution听
Help听facilitate听our onboarding program; partner with business units to build a foundational business knowledge for new employees听
Promote employee听recognition,听through听company-wide standups and听our innovative peer-to-peer听recognition platform听
Support wellbeing and team building events for the organization听
Lead quarterly Giving Back fundraiser in partnership with the culture team听and intern cohort听to support听a cause our employees care about听
Assist Arity employees and leaders on effectively navigating employee issues or common activities, such as hiring, performance management, offboarding, etc.鈥
Contribute to employee communication strategies, key messaging, stakeholder听identification听and work with team听members throughout Arity to help ensure effective information flow is taking place听
Participate in the design and execution of Arity鈥檚鈥痶alent management processes/phases (e.g., recruitment, performance management, succession management, career development,听etc.)听
听
Preferred听Qualifications:听
Education and Experience听听
Pursuing听Bachelor鈥檚 degree听in听Business Administration, HR, Communications,听Operational听Excellence, Organizational Development or Psychology听or related field听
Rising听junior or听senior preferred (graduating 2026听or 2027)听
听
Functional Skills听
Familiarity with听HR/听people &听culture concepts听听
Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas听
Working听knowledge of听the听Microsoft Office Suite听
Solid work ethic, including ability to follow-up, focus on details, and take initiative听
Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous improvement, both personally and with work assignments听听
Positive and mature attitude when faced with adversity听听
