Job Description
Under general supervision, the Quick Foto Claims Auto Adjuster is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired. The individual inspects vehicle damage from photos, writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use.

Compensation offered for this role is 50,000.00 - 75,050.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Under general supervision, the Quick Foto Claims Auto Adjuster is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired. The individual inspects vehicle damage from photos, writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use.
Preferred Skillset:聽
- Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices聽聽
- Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss聽
- Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims聽
- Collaborates with repair shops鈥痠f there is an existing estimate to reconcile differences and reach an agreement on repairs聽
- Provides inbound call support鈥痑nd maintains Avaya phone availability聽
- Processes claims payments and pays appropriate parties聽
- Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process聽聽

You鈥檒l also incorporate a specific approach to claim handling to offer the customer their preference of communication to efficiently discuss their claim needs and keep them updated on the claim progress.鈥
- The Negotiator 鈥 You will evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants, in accordance with all legal and business standard methodologies. With negotiations, you will incorporate tactics in handling challenging and complex situations.聽
- The Problem Solver 鈥 you鈥檒l utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using your sharp critical thinking skills.鈥
- The Recorder 鈥 you鈥檒l protect the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and you keep a clear record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on. You鈥檒l accomplish this by ensuring timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim.聽
Where will I work?聽
- This position is a remote home-based worker role ideal for entry-level estimating applicants.
- This position is open to those residing in the US; however the preferred schedule is based on an CST time zone (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F)聽
- This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.聽
- This position is not open to AK, PR, CA, WA or HI residents.聽
