Through Allstate Impact & Engagement and Corporate Giving, the Foundation and Social Impact Team support employee and agent involvement within communities and advance partnerships that achieve social impact.
About the Role
The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact Team is seeking an Allstate Impact & Corporate Giving Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for our Allstate Impact & Engagement (AIE) and Corporate Giving work.
This role focuses on routine coordination, organization and processing support, helping program leads deliver engagement opportunities, grants and partnerships efficiently. The Coordinator assists with logistics, documentation, tracking and basic grant processing, working under the direction of more senior team members.
This position is intended for someone early in their career who is interested in corporate philanthropy and employee engagement and is looking to build foundational experience in a collaborative environment.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 56,000.00 - 92,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Allstate听Impact & Engagement Support听
- Provide administrative and coordination support for听Allstate听employee and agent听engagement programs, including matching听gifts, volunteer听grants听and service initiatives.听
- Assist听with听logistics听for volunteer events and turnkey engagement opportunities, including scheduling, materials preparation and follow鈥憉p.听
- Support routine grant processing activities related to听Allstate听Impact & Engagement programs, such as application review support, data听entry听and status tracking.听
- Help track participation,听deadlines听and basic program information for employee and agent engagement initiatives.听
- Support standard communications by preparing materials and maintaining shared program resources.听
Corporate Giving Support听
- Provide operational and administrative support for corporate giving initiatives, including grants and partnerships with cultural institutions, nonprofit听organizations听and community partners.听
- Assist听with basic grant processing tasks, including organizing applications, preparing materials for review, tracking听approvals听and听maintaining听grant records.听
- Support coordination related to nonprofit board service and leadership initiatives by organizing materials, schedules, and participation lists.听
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to corporate giving partners and activities.听
- Support standard communications by preparing materials and maintaining shared program resources.听
General Operations & Administrative Support听
- Coordinate听logistics听for meetings, events and convenings, including scheduling,听agendas听and meeting materials.听
- Assist听with routine data entry, tracking and documentation to support program operations.听
- Help keep calendars,听trackers听and shared files听accurate听and听up-to-date.听
- Provide general administrative support to the听Allstate听Impact & Engagement and Corporate Giving teams as needed.听
- Support department email inbox management by monitoring and routing messages and providing backup coverage.听
Qualifications听
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or support role (internships and relevant project experience considered).听
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.听
- Ability to complete routine tasks accurately and meet deadlines with guidance from senior team members.听
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.听
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.听
- Proficiency听in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).听
- Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn AI鈥慹nabled tools to support administrative efficiency,听organization听and communication.听
- Interest听in employee engagement, corporate giving,听philanthropy听or nonprofit work.听
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 15% for programs, events, and related activities.听听听听
- Experience with听grants听management or CRM systems (such as CyberGrants) is a plus but not听required.听
