Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 90,700.00 - 153,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Developer鈥痺ith hands-on experience in鈥疓enerative AI technologies鈥痶o join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable backend systems while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:听
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI).听
Integrate and deploy Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) into production environments.听
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases.听
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices.听
Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.听
Implement鈥疌I/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).听
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably鈥疢icrosoft Azure.听
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.听
听
Required Skills & Qualifications:听
3+ years鈥痮f backend development experience using鈥疛ava Spring Boot or鈥疨ython.听
Strong understanding of鈥疪ESTful APIs,鈥痬icroservices architecture, and鈥痑synchronous processing.听
Experience working with鈥Generative AI 础笔滨蝉鈥痑苍诲/辞谤 open-source models.听
Experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.听
Familiarity with鈥prompt engineering,鈥痚mbedding models, or鈥vector databases.鈥
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.听

Exposure to multi-modal AI systems and agentic AI frameworks.听
Exposure to MLOps and model deployment workflows.听
Experience with鈥疍ocker,鈥疜ubernetes, and鈥疌I/CD pipelines.听
Experience with鈥痗loud platforms鈥(Azure, AWS or GCP).听听
